ROLL-OFF DUMPSTER RENTALS

Whether you need a temporary dumpster rental of 30 days or less, or long-term service for an ongoing project, TAC has roll-off dumpsters for any job.

What is a Roll-Off Dumpster?

A roll-off dumpster is a heavy-duty trash container used for big cleanup projects. This large, sturdy trash container is has an open top for easy, on-location loading of junk, trash and debris. Its large capacity makes it ideal for a cleanup, remodel, renovation or demolition.

What size of bin can I rent?

The first choice to make when renting a dumpster is deciding what size you need. Dumpsters are sized based on the number of cubic yards of waste they hold.

  • A 12 yard dumpster is approximately 8 feet wide x 10 feet long x 4 feet high.

  • A 20 yard dumpster is approximately 8 feet wide x 22 feet long x 4 feet high.

  • A 30 yard dumpster is 8 feet wide x 22 feet long x 6 feet high.

  • A 40 yard dumpster is 8 feet wide x 22 feet long x 8 feet high.

How much does it cost to rent a bin?

Dumpster rental prices vary depending on:

  1. Type of debris

  2. Dumpster size for the job

  3. Duration of rental

  4. Location

Other fees that you may be charged are:

  • Delivery Fee: Charged for dumpster delivery to the site.

  • Tipping Fee: Charged every time you require to have your bin emptied.  Short Term Rental: You will be billed for a daily rental if rented less than 30 days.

  • Long Term Rental: You will be charged a monthly rate for projects longer than 30 days.

  • Overflow Fee: Any debris not beneath the Maximum Fill Line on an open top dumpster may incur this charge.

  • Tonnage Fee: Garbage will not generally have a tonnage fee, however, all construction & demolition waste is subject to tonnage fees on each load.

  • Taxes: You will be charged GST for your dumpster rental.

What items cannot go in a bin?

Environmental safety is important at TAC. That's why we take extreme precaution when handling and disposing of hazardous waste. Batteries, asbestos, harmful chemicals, flammable liquids and more are considered environmental hazards and should not go in any dumpster. You will be asked to remove these items if you put them in a dumpster rental.

What items are considered hazardous?

Fluorescent light bulbs and tubes, glues and adhesives, cleaning fluids, oil-based paints, paint thinners and stains, lawn and garden chemicals, pool and spa supplies, propane and butane tanks, and automobile fluids are all considered household hazardous waste because they contain corrosive, toxic, ignitable, or reactive ingredients. Improper disposal of HHW can pollute the environment and pose a threat to human health.
